Dating in India is a piece of cake. You can always tell when a guy is single, most are not gay and many are too flattered to decline a girl asking them for coffee. It's quite a simple thing.
But here? Uuuf. First of all, most cute guys are taken. The few that remain are gay. Plus you need to battle between these two mutually exclusive areas before venturing a guess at their single-dom. And if they are single, chances are they might not be interested in you. The criteria for dating is different, hence the fact that it's a cumbersome affair.
However, while it's easy to date men in India, I've noticed it's easy to date women here. You can immediately tell if a girl's single, gay, committed or not interested.
