What is this need we have to constrict ourselves in small spaces? We fill our homes with things, we fill our mind with opinions and we will our heart with memories. There's just too much noise in our lives.
---
Oftentimes, I forget that there is repeated joy in many overlooked things. I think I don't notice them because I reiterate my to-do lists and priorities too much.
---
I clutch onto what I know so tightly, that I lose out on the fantastic quality of the not knowing. I miss the excitement.
---
Every now and again, I feel reborn when I take a deep breath of fresh air and see the world differently. I suddenly see a world of opportunities when I let go...when I stop obsessing over what will happen..when I start letting things simply happen. It feels good to occasionally reject my internal locus of control.
