Musing

The weight of words lay strewn all over the room. The weight of things not said, things said, feelings expressed too quickly and feelings swallowed. There was no reason for this. They could've left it as it was, they could've let it be. But people seldom like to leave things be, right? Now their lives are interlaced like the many threads in a heavy curtain.

---

You will always leave your imprints all over a person's life and memories if you have contacted them in just about anyway. And you leave them carelessly, unknowingly because you're busy trying to create, investigate, live a sense of possibility - could this person mean something more than an aquaintance to me? Could this go somewhere..anywhere?

---

I want to tease you, make you jealous. Then I will know how much you care about me. I don't want to ask you directly about what you feel for me - that might disclose the fact that I like you and god forbid if it's more than what you like me.

Whether you say it or not.. you'll never know if your love is more than his. So might as well say it?

rusty - Thanks and I'm not sure if I welcomed you here before!

.:A:. - And ends too! Rather quickly at that.

Casablanca - Yeah, that's a point. Telling and taking the plunge is a totally difficult and different ball game than speculation.

stan laurel - I just didn't understand whether you were saying wht I wrote was bad or making a comment!!

Mars - At times it is tiring. I prefer keeping out of such things, but it's quite inevitable that man shall, occasionally, be sucked into it.

transience - Yes..it's so human that I'm not sure whether I don't like it.

Kristian - :) I agree.

AmitKen - Well, in TA these such games are not good.

Games that people play..hehe, I should've named this post that, given the number of people who thought I was referring to games of some kind or the other!
